virtualbox causes linux kernel crash when suspending

Description
I have Ubuntu 11.04 natty installed on my laptop. Since I installed the latest version 4.1.0, Linux Kernel often gets crashed each time I suspend. I tried to reinstall Ubuntu again but it still exists. There was no problem in VirtualBox 4.0. In addition, The problem does not happen after I remove VirtualBox 4.1.0. Thus, I think it is a bug in 4.1.0.
