Some smaller issues with exporting images

As per image:
Issue #1: if you specify a filename without .ovf the "next/finish" button is not available. It should be available and ".ovf" should be auto-added if not there IMO.
Issue #2: "\/"
Issue #3: It says "a few seconds remaining" but it sat on that for a long time. During the waiting the ".mf" file was 0 bytes, but I think the .ovf and .vmdk files did not increase in size. After it finally completed, the .mf filesize was 156 bytes. Long time for 156 bytes to be written ;)
In general exporting images is also very slow, and the progress bar is not perfect/accurate.
