Seamless mode hotkeys are sketchy and sometimes VirtualBox Dissappears from view

This program runs like a miracle when it runs good. However when using seamless mode and say running latest ubuntu and trying to run something openGL like 3d alien arena, what was once the top bar of gnome is now grey, and not hotkeys work.
It also dissappears if using a multi-monitor setup and you go into seamless mode in the wrong monitor, in my case 2,3, or 4. It will only run on screen 1 in seamless mode.
On top of that you have to go to the windows task manager to end task the virtual machine since the main virtualBox window that lists your virtual machines does not give you all the options to power off and reset vm's (oops :P). This makes things harder.
