It looks like I have same issue after upgrade to 7.1.8. Log file looks same at the end - something is broken while I connecting/disconnecting audio device (in my case BT headphones). VirtualBox stops responding and crashes after trying to close it. My host is Windows 10 too, guest: Debian 12.
