Guest Window Resizing defect

Description
On a Windows 11 host, running VirtualBox 7.0.22, I had a few VMs installed and running properly. Around the first of the year, and likely the result of a Windows Update, none of these VMs would properly resize the guest window, instead presenting nothing larger than 1024x768 on a 2560x1600 host display. This is essentially unusable.
I have disabled all elements of Hyper-V, and have done all that I can to ensure that on my side, I have done what I should. I am attaching here a log, and am prepared to do whatever further experiments may aid you in identifying the source of the issue. I have tried at least a dozen test builds, but nothing has changed the nature of the defect. It is solidly repeatable.
On a Windows 10 host, running VBox 7.1.8, I have no similar issues.
