initial v1 1 1 I see the same issue after updating from 7.0.14 to 7.0.18. Ubuntu 22.04.4 as the host, Win 10 latest as guest. Shutting down the guest or clicking X hangs the guest and a black window comes up that can't be dismissed without killing it. 2 2 3 I can confirm that changing from ICH9 to PIIX3 is a good workaround for the issue.3 I can confirm that changing from ICH9 to PIIX3 is only a partial workaround for the issue. Win 10 Shutdown starts working. However, "Save the machine state" hangs and "Saving" and never completes.
