If you publish the logs, it would help to find the cause of the troubles.

Today I made some tests and I found: I changed from ICH9 to PIIX3 and it worked so I think , it's a bug ore sideeffect in the ICH-emulation the problem started with version 7.0.16

I see the same issue after updating from 7.0.14 to 7.0.18. Ubuntu 22.04.4 as the host, Win 10 latest as guest. Shutting down the guest or clicking X hangs the guest and a black window comes up that can't be dismissed without killing it.
I can confirm that changing from ICH9 to PIIX3 is only a partial workaround for the issue. Win 10 Shutdown starts working. However, "Save the machine state" hangs and "Saving" and never completes.

Kindly look into this bug report (7.0.14 upwards): https://www.215389.xyz/ticket/22059
