Hi. Thanks for the comments. I´m using the latest version of GA but I´m unable to downgrade to GA 6.1.X. I noticed that the VM on Windows also freeze wiht this latest version of GA, but again, I´m unable to downgrade because an error in the downgrade process. Regards, Rubén

I don't really understand what you mean, and I didn't propose any downgrade. Let me explain:
You've provided a log file that shows that you were using the GA 6.1.40. All I wanted to suggest was that you use either GA 6.1.44 or GA 7.0.8, whatever suits you best. Both are current GA versions and they won't generate the log messages from your description.

Those log messages are a red herring and can usually be ignored. They probably indicate that you're using VBoxTray.exe from version 6.1.38 or 6.1.40.
The log message was introduced in SVN revision 96451 and corrected in SVN revision 96663 of VBoxIPC.cpp by the VirtualBox devs half a year ago (after I discovered it).
If you're using older VirtualBox Guest Additions (GA) because the GA 7.0.x don't work for you, please keep them at least up to date by using the GA 6.1.44.
