Description
Drag and drop doesn't work for files if the path is UNC and points to a network share (e.g.
server\dir\app.exe). If I drag and attempt to drop it to a guest OS (Windows 7-10), the file is not copied and a restart is required in order for me to be able to drag and drop the file again from a local disk.
I noticed this issue a long time ago but it still persists even with v5.1.22.
