"The installer has detected running Virtual Machines" message is confusing

Description
This error message is shown if I happen to have the VirtualBox UI running when attempting to update VB on a Mac - even if all VMs have been shut down.
As "klaus" mentioned in #12392 the error message is confusing.

I see this intermittently, today being the most recent time. How about "Either one or more running virtual machines or the VirtualBox UI is still running. Please close them before restarting the installer."?
