Network between Mac Host and Win7 Guest stops working

Description
After upgrading to 5.1.2 on my Mac Host (V 10.11.5 El Capitan), the connection to the Win7 Guest os will stop working. I'll boot up the Win7 VM, get the shared drives between the two system running, and start my JBoss server on the VM. I'll connect to the server from the host, and the connection will go bad.
I down graded back to 5.0.26 and all is well.
