First, according to the log file the guest tries to activate the long mode but your OS type is set to 'Windows 10' not 'Windows 10 64-bit'. This wouldn't work as long as you don't change the OS type. The name of your iso image suggests that you are trying some (hacked?) 64-bit version of Windows 10 as well.
Even if you fix this: Don't expect miracles. You are running a 32-bit Linux on a quite slow CPU. Using a 64-bit Linux might improve the situation somewhat but the performance will be still rather bad.

OK, that is official iso x86 from microsoft.com. It crashes the same way.

It stop crashing after I selected version "Windows 10 (64-bit)" Why is there "Windows 10 (32-bit)", then?

I don't know why but your guest still seems to attempt to enable the 64-bit mode (long mode). We tested Windows 10 / 32 bit mediums and they work as expected with the Windows 10 (32-bit) OS type.
