First-time Run fails

I get this message every time I go through the First-time Run Wizard after I go through the initial setup process and am proceeding to choose the Live CD/ISO file to initially begin with. When I want to choose a file manually via Windows Explorer in VirtualBox, the entire virtual machine instantly crashes and gives me the above error.

I am running Windows 10 Professional (AMDx64) + Insider Builds with an AMD Phenom II X4 850 processor (@ 3.3GHz), 8GB DDR3 RAM, and NOT running Virtualbox as an "Administrator."

My virtual machine has the following specs:

4GB DDR3 RAM AMD Phenom II X3 processor (maximum processing speed of 3.3GHz native) VT-x/AMD-V, Nested Paging, PAE/NX, KVM, Paravirtualization 128MB Video RAM 3D Acceleration Audio: Windows DirectSound on ICH AC97 LAN: Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (NAT) USB: OHCI, EHCI - ZERO FILTERS
