VirtualBox crashes right after installation

Hello,
I'm on a Windows Surface Pro with Windows 8.1. I installed VitrualBox 5.0 and created a drive for Debian. But directly after the installation when I started VirtualBox, before I even started the virtual machine for the first time, I got an error message saying: "VirtualBox isn't working properley and has to be closed" (or something along these lines, my Windows is in German). After I removed the virtual drive by deleting it in the file browser, it would work again. It tried both, statically and dynamically allocated drive, but the error message kept coming up. I now installed VirtualBox 4.3.30 and it works.
I don't know if there even was a log file created, since the virtual machine didn't even start, so I didn't attatch one.

Any improvement with VBox 5.0.2?
