OS X: VBox kexts 4.3.14 break host network connectivity

Description
Hardware: Mac Mini late 2012 i5 Software: OS X 10.9.4; VBox 4.3.14
Broken wifi connectivity with 4.3.14 kexts loaded; packets stop being transmited every few minutes, clicking the wifi icon on the top bar restores the connectivity but after then it breaks again. I've found nothing usefull about it in logs. 4.3.12 shows no issues of this sort.

Please close the ticket, I've starting getting the issues with older VBox builds installed so it's not VBox, it's my OS X missbehaving, may be an invalid, static entry in my ARP which I've deleted, anyways, it's not VBox most likely, also because other users didn't observ such behaviour.
