VM crash after installing Oracle Linux 6.4

Description

Hi ,

Virtual Box crashes and VM goes to 'Aborted' state clicking on 'Reboot' after the installation.

Error Message : Oracle Virtualbox manager has stopped working.

When I try to start the VM again it goes to the boot page again.

Host and Guest Details : VirtualBox 4.3.6 Host: Windows 7 Enterprise 62-bit 4GB RAM Guest: Oracle Linux Release 6.4 x86 64 bit (2GB RAM).

I tried taking a snapshot before clicking the 'Reboot' Command and starting the VM , the VM starts but gets stuck with Running state (Screen shot attached).

I have also attached all the log files. Let me know in case of any additional details.

I've got a similar problem with installing Oracle Linux 6.5 on Virtualbox (same version). Installing OpenSuse Linux 13.1 worked fine.
