Notification dialogs should move when Mini ToolBar position is changed

Description
Ever since the Virtualbox 4.3 series, the notification dialog are long, displayed at the top of the screen. However, I run virtual guests fullscreen with the Mini ToolBar shown at the TOP. This make notifications intrusive, since they're also displayed at the TOP.
There should be a way to move the dialogs, or just place them in the middle of the screen.
Note: in attachment screenshot, the Mini Toolbar is hard to see, but I have an arrow pointing to it
