Novell server (whatever version) runs perfect on 4.2.20 but freezes on 4.3.4/4.3.6

Description
The summary says it all.
I tried running the server ( Novell 5) I already have. It freezes when SERVER.EXE runs. Tried fresh installs from Novell 4.11 through 6 . All of them freeze when switching to Novell OS.
Disabling AMD-v/VT-x/Nested and enabling PAE takes the install a bit further, up to the netware volumes definition. After that, when it tries to load the modules, it behaves very erratically, going back to the same point of loading the modules with out stopping.
Maybe its the same kind of problem of Ticket #10728
The names of the 2 attached files are descriptive.
