We have two vm in the host server, one of the vm 2008 server severe poor performance problems. It's last for at least 30 minutes to restart the server and when I open any internal applications / folders, it's really slow too. What problems my vm suffer? Please.

Actually you provided logs for VBox 4.2.6 not VBox 4.3.0 as the version field in the description indicated. Please reopen if this problem is still relevant with VBox 4.3.2. In that case, please attach VBox.log files for VMs running on VBox 4.3.2.
