Cannot login to this bug tracker using Opera browser

Description
Whenever I click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of this bug tracker using the Opera browser, I get redirected to Oracle Access Manager:
An error message says (I'm translating from Italian):
System error. Try again. If the error persists, contact the administrator.
I'm forced to use Firefox to login and use this bug tracker.

I created account, using Firefox 51, Oracle login redirects to https://www.215389.xyz/login, which then says site temp moved to a URL like https://login.oracle.com/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login. Then goes nowhere.
