Description
I'm using the Sony Image Data Converter in Windows XP guest on a Linux host. When trying to open a file on a shared folder, I get an error message stating the the file cannot be opened because it may be corrupt.
Opening the file using a Samba share works. Copying the file into the VM via the explorer works, too. This affects only certain file types (in this case: older raw file format versions seems to work while current versions fail) so this might depend on a specific access pattern.
The guest additions are version 4.0.2.
