Description
Below my environment and the issue details.
Hardware : laptop + 1 external display Host : Windows 11 (unfortunately) Guest : Debian 10 or Ubuntu 22.04
After waking up a Windows 11 from sleep mode, my Linux VMs (Debian 10 or Ubuntu 22.04) are automatically locked (while the lock mode is disabled on them). After the unlock, the keyboard and mouse are inoperative in those VMs. Whenever it happens, the only workaround solution I found is to power off/on the VM. It's important to note that this issue is not happening always (yes it's a lovely issue).
In my development & testing environment having to power off/on my VMs means that I have to reproduce the same testing context from scratch => a huge waste of time.
I read on https://forums.virtualbox.org (and also other forum) that many people have the same issue since years. I tried all proposed solutions but unfortunately none of them worked for me. It seems that the root cause of this issue has never been identified. Am I right?
I also posted a question on https://forums.virtualbox.org (see the https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?p=549129&sid=65d8d3286996f29f1dca20e6d20befd5#p549129 topic). You can find there a log file.
PS: I hadn't similar issues with an Ubuntu 22.04 host.
